Monica Narvaez 

The founder of this innovative wellness brand brings over 20 years of corporate executive experience to her mission of helping professionals thrive in high-pressure environments. Having worked closely with employee business groups to champion mental and physical well-being, especially through DEI initiatives, she recognized the need for a holistic approach to combat stress and workplace burnout. Combining her deep understanding of corporate dynamics with a passion for wellness, she established a brand that integrates guided meditations, desk yoga, coaching, and workshops tailored for busy executives. Her credentials are further enriched by a unique certification in yoga and Ayurveda, earned in the tranquil jungles of Costa Rica, where she honed her expertise in balancing mind, body, and spirit. Her approach empowers leaders to foster resilience, enhance productivity, and cultivate a healthier, more inclusive work culture.
